Emmanuel Perez, a senior at Cathedral High in Los Angeles, repeated as Division 4 boys winner at the CIF Southern Section Championships, covering the adjusted 3-mile rain course layout in 14:09.1 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut. Perez helped Cathedral finish fifth as a team with 155 points.
