Emmanuel Hernandez and Emmanuel Perez, both juniors at Cathedral High in Los Angeles, placed second and third in the Division 3-4-5 boys team sweepstakes race at the 74th Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational Presented by Nike in Walnut, Calif. Hernandez covered the 2.93-mile course in 14:52 and Perez clocked 15:00 to help Cathedral place second overall by a 97-113 margin behind Dana Hills. The Phantoms did prevail against Division 4 rivals St. Francis (130 points) and St. John Bosco (137 points).
